{"id":1859,"date":"2022-09-17T14:15:22","date_gmt":"2022-09-17T06:15:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/megatrimming.com\/?p=1859"},"modified":"2022-09-17T14:15:52","modified_gmt":"2022-09-17T06:15:52","slug":"clothes-rubber-stamp-process-characteristics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/megatrimming.com\/de\/clothes-rubber-stamp-process-characteristics\/","title":{"rendered":"Merkmale des Kleidungsstempelprozesses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Besonderheiten des Stempelverfahrens liegen darin, dass die innere Struktur des Stempels gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und nicht saugf\u00e4hig ist und sein Alterungsgrad zwischen dem des Atomstempels und dem des Kunststoffstempels liegt.<br>Der Kunststoffstempel bezieht sich auf das Kunststoffprodukt, das hergestellt wird, indem das fl\u00fcssige Material in die Form getropft, erhitzt, gebacken und f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Zeitraum abgek\u00fchlt und schlie\u00dflich in die Form gegossen wird.<br>Die Elastizit\u00e4t und H\u00e4rte von Kunststoffsiegeln liegt zwischen denen von Gummi-, Atomsiegeln, H\u00f6rnern und Glassiegeln, und die Textur ist weich und elastisch. Es ist verschlei\u00dfanf\u00e4llig und kann auch leicht abgeschlagen werden, d. h. im diachronen Druck, den es abdeckt, spiegeln sich die Verschlei\u00df- und Sto\u00dfeigenschaften vollst\u00e4ndig wider. Es ist zu erkennen, dass die Linien des Textes allm\u00e4hlich dicker werden, die Kanten und Ecken allm\u00e4hlich stumpf werden und der Text auch Unebenheitsph\u00e4nomene wie Linienvertiefungen und
