Das Gebrauchsmuster hat die Vorteile gro\u00dfer Elastizit\u00e4t, hoher Zugfestigkeit, hoher Rei\u00dffestigkeit und elektrischer Isolierung, guter Abriebfestigkeit und Trockenheitsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, guter Verarbeitbarkeit, einfacher Haftung an anderen Materialien und \u00fcberlegener Leistung in synthetischem Kautschuk in der Gesamtleistung. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Sauerstoff- und Ozonbest\u00e4ndigkeit schlecht ist, die Alterung leicht ist, Metamorphose, \u00d6l- und L\u00f6sungsmittelbest\u00e4ndigkeit nicht gut ist, die erste Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit gegen S\u00e4uren und Basen gering ist und die Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit nicht hoch ist. Temperaturbereich: ca. 60 \u00b0C ~ 80 \u00b0C. Herstellung von Reifen, Gummischuhen, Schl\u00e4uchen, B\u00e4ndern, Isolierungen und Ummantelungen von Dr\u00e4hten und Kabeln und anderen allgemeinen Produkten. Das Gebrauchsmuster eignet sich besonders zur Herstellung von Drehschwingungsd\u00e4mpfern, Motorsto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfern, Maschinenst\u00fctzen, Gummi-Metall-Aufh\u00e4ngungselementen, Membranen und Formprodukten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Butadien-Styrol-Kautschuk (SBR), Butadien- und Styrol-Copolymer. Die Leistung ist der von Naturkautschuk \u00e4hnlich, es ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte synthetische Kautschuk f\u00fcr allgemeine Zwecke, der sich durch Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit, Alterungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit auszeichnet, besser als Naturkautschuk, die Textur ist gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger als bei Naturkautschuk. Nachteile sind: geringe Elastizit\u00e4t, schlechte Biegefestigkeit, schlechte Rei\u00dffestigkeit; schlechte Verarbeitungseigenschaften, insbesondere schlechte, selbstklebende Kautschuke mit geringer Festigkeit. Temperaturbereich: ca. 50 \u00b0C bis 100 \u00b0C.
