Allerdings k\u00f6nnen sie durch konzentrierte oxidierende S\u00e4uren wie Schwefels\u00e4ure und Salpeters\u00e4ure korrodiert werden und sind nicht f\u00fcr den Kontakt mit aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen und chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen geeignet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\">PVC-Produkte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">PVC hat die Vorteile der Flammbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit, Ger\u00e4uschd\u00e4mpfung, hohen Festigkeit, guten elektrischen Isolierung, des niedrigen Preises und einer breiten Materialauswahl, guter Luftdichtigkeit usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Der Nachteil von PVC besteht in der schlechten W\u00e4rmebest\u00e4ndigkeit und der leichten Alterung durch Licht, Hitze und Sauerstoff. Die Langzeitgebrauchstemperatur der meisten PVC-Kunststoffprodukte sollte 55 \u00b0C nicht \u00fcberschreiten, aber die Langzeitgebrauchstemperatur von PVC-Kunststoff mit Spezialformel kann 90 \u00b0C erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus gilt PVC im Allgemeinen als giftig. Polyvinylchloridharz selbst ist ungiftig und bei Verwendung ungiftiger Weichmacher, Stabilisatoren und anderer Hilfsstoffe f\u00fcr Mensch und Tier ungef\u00e4hrlich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist es aufgrund seiner guten Flexibilit\u00e4t, Schrumpfung, Lichtdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit, guten Verarbeitungs- und Etikettiereigenschaften, starken chemischen Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Festigkeit und Langlebigkeit f\u00fcr den langfristigen Einsatz im Freien geeignet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">PVC weist jedoch eine schlechte W\u00e4rmestabilit\u00e4t und Lichtbest\u00e4ndigkeit auf und kann bei Temperaturen \u00fcber 140 \u00b0C beginnen, sich zu zersetzen und Chlorwasserstoffgas (HCl) freizusetzen, was dem Umweltschutz nicht f\u00f6rderlich ist (bei der tats\u00e4chlichen Produktion werden h\u00e4ufig alkalische Stabilisatoren und HCl zugesetzt, um die katalytische Rissreaktion zu hemmen). Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden im Herstellungsprozess Weichmacher, Alterungsschutzmittel und andere giftige Hilfsstoffe zugesetzt, um die W\u00e4rmebest\u00e4ndigkeit, Z\u00e4higkeit, Duktilit\u00e4t usw. zu verbessern, sodass die Produkte im Allgemeinen nicht in Lebensmitteln und Arzneimitteln gelagert werden.
