Slicone label
Silicone label is made by heating liquid silicone oil and solid silicone in a mold through a vulcanizer. According to its nature and composition, it can be divided into two categories: organic silicone and inorganic silicone. Inorganic silicone is a highly active adsorption material, usually made by reacting sodium silicate with sulfuric acid and undergoing a series of post-treatment processes such as aging and acid foaming. Silica gel is insoluble in water and any solvents, non-toxic, tasteless, environmentally friendly, chemically stable, and does not react with any substances except strong alkalis and hydrofluoric acid. Various types of silica gel form different microporous structures due to different manufacturing methods. The chemical composition and physical structure of silica gel determine that it has many characteristics that other similar materials are difficult to replace: high adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, and high mechanical strength.
PVC rubber Label
The PVC rubber Label is mainly a plastic product made by dripping liquid material into the mold by the dripping process, heating, baking, cooling for a period of time, and finally inverted molding. The main components of the PVC rubber stamp are DNP oil, PVC powder, stabilizer, and soybean oil in a liquid state.
